Event Management & Planning Policy 1. Introduction Celevra Events Solutions LLP, specializes in organizing weddings, sangeet, haldi, mundan, corporate events, and more. By availing of our services, clients agree to the following terms: 2. Scope of Services We plan and execute events including weddings, religious ceremonies, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and festive decorations. 3. Booking Policy • Advance Booking: Minimum 30 days prior; last-minute bookings (under 10 days) incur a 20% surcharge. • Confirmation: Bookings require a signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% advance. • Rescheduling: Allowed once, free of charge, subject to availability. 4. Payment Terms • 50% advance, 30% one week before the event, 20% on the event day. • Cancellation refunds: 50% if canceled over 30 days prior, no refunds within 30 days. 5. Event Planning Process • Consultation to understand client vision and budget. • Proposal shared within 3-5 days for approval. • Approved plans will be executed with timelines ensured. 6. Client Responsibilities • Share all event details (attendees, theme, etc.) at least 15 days prior. • Provide timely approvals and ensure venue access 24 hours before the event. 7. Vendor Management • In-house vendors ensure quality; client-suggested vendors are subject to approval. • External vendors must comply with company standards. 8. Décor & Customization • Customized themes are available; design changes within 7 days of the event won’t be accommodated. • Clients are responsible for damages caused by attendees. 9. Event Execution • Event spaces will be ready 2 hours before start time. • A dedicated event manager will supervise on-site. • All events comply with local laws. 10. Post-Event • Basic cleanup is included; additional services are chargeable. 11. Liability • We are not liable for delays or damages due to unforeseen circumstances. • Third-party damages are the client’s responsibility. 12. Confidentiality Client information is confidential and will not be shared without consent. 13. Code of Conduct Our team maintains professionalism and expects mutual respect from clients and attendees. 14. Amendments The company may update this policy and will notify clients in advance.
